About this instrument

MODEL- SZ-100

FEATURES

  • Nanoparticle sizing
  • Protein aggregation studies
  • Polymer characterization
  • Liposome or micelle sizing

SPECIFICATION

Size- The SZ-100V2 Series measures particle size and particle distribution Width

Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). Particle Size Measurement Range 0.3 nm to 10 ΞΌm

Zeta Potential- Use the value of zeta potential to predict and dispersion stability. High

zeta potential magnitudes indicate a stable dispersion, useful formulation work. The range

covered by the instrument is -500 to + 500 mV

Molecular Weight- Absolute molecular weight (Mw) and the second coefficient (A2) is

obtained by performing static light scattering measurement as a function of sample

concentration and preparing Debye plots (1 Γ—103 to 2Γ— 107 Da).
